Commercial Roof Coating in Westlake district Los Angeles

Diana Park, the owner of a rent-controlled apartment building at 800 S Union Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90017, needed a cost-effective way to extend the lifespan of her property’s roof while improving energy efficiency. Los Angeles’ warm climate led to excessive heat absorption, raising cooling costs for tenants and adding stress to the roof.

To solve this problem, we applied a reflective roof coating that reduces heat retention and adds durability. This coating forms a seamless, weather-resistant barrier that protects against UV damage and prevents leaks and cracks caused by temperature changes.

After the project, Diana saw a significant drop in indoor temperatures, improving tenant comfort and lowering cooling expenses. The coating also helped the roof last longer by shielding it from harsh conditions.

This roof coating allowed Diana to cut maintenance costs, lower energy use, and provide a better living space for tenants.
